BREAKING: 9,000 Barangay Captains Involved in Illegal Drugs

Image from Radio Inquirer

This is the content of Duterte's watchlist while the Barangay and SK elections are on May 14. In addition, the PDEA says that in a total of 40,036 baranggays nationwide, there are 49.6% of illegal drug trafficking in 20,876 barangays.

In Metro Manila, 96.48% of the barangay are still drug-affected despite the Duterte administration's two-year-olds and thousands of pusher and siblings in 2016 and 2017. (pic by Cebu daily news)

Now we hear "shabu repacking" in a barangay in Tondo, or a family business of shabu in QC and Caloocan. There are also "drug den" that even the grandchildren of the maintainers are adulterated.

As for me, these problems are really a "headache" that even raises the PNP, PDEA, Tokhas several times, the "occupation" suspects.

Actually, criminals are unlikely to be heard in the "village". However, even criminals have their own home or home. They know who are strangers in the area, families involved in different racquets like "picking up", "holdap", "budding buddy", climbing- house, "riding in tandem snatchers" especially those in "illegal drugs". They know the "juvenile gangs" or minors who have done nothing but to riot or commit crimes, because they are not detained.

As a result, Kapitan and Kagawad will be vulnerable to criminals and if they are cowardly or intimidated, why they leave and resign. If the drug lord is really Kap, the criminals are his "goons" and to win him in the next election.

And if we choose a candidate in the barangay chairman's and SK's office, it should be a valiant and true love for the village to be clean in crime. It's popular, but it's a coward, do not worry about it.

First action may be expanding their CCTV systems to monitor 'crime prone areas in the village'. Second, carry out the registration inventory of motorcycles in each village. If he does not have the name of the rider on his motorcycle, that is probably "stinky". Third, it is necessary to assign "mobile village checkpoints" which by night can be supervised by a police or mobile from the nearest PCP. I say here are "checkpoints" inside the village, not on the "main roads" where the PNP-NCRPO is there.

LACSON, POE, SOTTO, 0 VOTES OUT OF 819 PRECINCTS IN 2016 ELECTIONS!

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has coordinated with Senator Tito Sotto's office to make their own investigation if there really is fraudy in the 2016 elections.

COMELEC spokesperson James Jimenez said that when they got the documents from the senator they would start the investigation.

He also insisted that the senator's disclosure by his privilege speech could be seen as missing documents.

It has been argued that even during the election day they still conduct a final polling test for used machines.

SEN TITO SOTTO IBINULGAR ANG DAYAAN NONG 2016 ELECTIONS!

MalacaƱang distanced itself from the privilege speech of Sen. Tito Sotto III, who allegedly manipulated or spurned the election results in 2016.

Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque said that the Commission on Elections (Comelec) is concerned because they have jurisdiction and power to pursue Sen's informational releases. Sotto.

According to Sec. Roque, the Comelec is an independent constitutional body that can not be punished by the Executive.

But Roque announced that they hope to investigate this and make clear the serious allegation against election integrity in 2016.

Just wait for President Rodrigo Duterte to form a separate investigative body and order to investigate the release of early release of votes on May 8, 2016, one day before the election.

Honest driver, returns P22,000 left by a passenger

Social media today praised a tricycle driver after returning his passenger money to his passenger in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.

Many are surprised by Dennis Alipio, 35-years-old, after posting the good work on Facebook.

Alipio's story, Wagner Valdez left his wallet on the tricycle on Friday.

The wallet has a SIM card holder and P22,000.

Alipio immediately called the number placed on the sim card holder.

After meeting Valdez, they met where he returned the wallet.

Valdez is thankful that money is available for his family's expenses and passport processing.

With Valdez's delight and gratitude, he posted it on social media to reap thousands of likes and shares.

Alipio admits he needs money, especially when his father suffered a heart stroke.

His wife also wants to apply abroad because she have recently resigned from his job as a merchandiser at a supermarket.

The tricycle was the only source of living in Alipio's family today. These two children are in kindergarten and grade 5.

But it is still not a thought and reason to take and spend the money because getting money from others is wrong.

"Hopefully there will be more rewards for this blessing, if I get it from me and I did not work, the karma is bigger," he said.

Alipio was honored by his associations of tricycle drivers and operators for being honest.

Erwin Tulfo Sumabog sa Galit sa Mayor ng Batangas Dahil Ayaw Bigyan Ng Permit Mga Constituents at Nang Rape Pa!

The mayor, former police chief and barangay chairman of Balayan, Batangas are still facing charges for allegedly raping a 14-year-old woman on separate occasions in 2016. The case is still now in the Department of Justice.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ratifies Balayan Mayor Emmanuel Fronda, Jr. Monday.

Qualified seduction has been charged to Chief Inspector Christopher Guste, former Balayan police chief, and Barangay 12 Chairman Romero Fronda-Erilla, the cousin of the mayor.

Based on the sworn statement of a 14-year-old NBI victim, he allegedly pledged three times on separate occasions.

According to the victim, he met Fronda on June 24 after attending the meeting of their organization "Obyus", organized by the mayor for the youth in their hometown.

There he approached and asked the mayor if he needed money before he was invited to appear.

He sent a text message to Fronda to meet Antorcha Street in Balayan.

From there he was brought to the Alves Lodge where he was raped by the mayor.

After the alleged rape, Fronda allegedly gave P2,000 to the teenager.

HEPE, CHAIRMAN

The victim added that on July 8, he was texting Balayan police chief Guste.

Then he allegedly asked if he needed money in exchange for doing something that he should keep it a secret.

They met at Alves Lodge where they had implemented the plan for P400.

The victim said Barangay Chairman Fronda-Erilla was brought to the same lodge on July 3, July 20 and August 3.

He said Fronda-Erilla gave him money for sexual intercourse.

The victim is currently under the care of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

In a telephone interview with Radyo Patrol to Mayor Fronda, he said he has yet to receive a copy of the complaint so he can not yet give his side.

But the mayor insisted that no rape happened.

He also believes that only politics is behind the case filed by the NBI Organized and Transnational Crime Division in the Department of Justice.

DZMM Radyo Patrol is still trying to get the statement by Fronda-Erilla and Guste but they can not be contacted on their cellphone.

Meanwhile, Erwin Tulfo is very angry to what the Mayor did including not giving business permits to his constituents in Balayan, Batangas.

UP Student Ridicules Duterte Family Picture But Fails

In a Facebook post dated February 6, 2018 by Mai Laborde, who claims herself as a speechwriter in the Senate of the Philippines, at least it's what her Facebook account says on its about page.

In her post is three pictures of the Duterte family with daughter and wife. It has the caption that says

Tin Bugayong, who's epic fail now?!!

Laborde pertaining to Tin Bugayon who posted the photo originally, whom failed to prove that she was right. Tin Bugayong caption says,

Lol photo op. Hayos sa drama ang pamilyang 'to. Too bad for them they aren't very bright #EpicFail

Under it, it says

Still too young to understand how heavy the world weighs on her dad's shoulders...and just how much he needs her to keep himself upright.

That Facebook or Instagram post was being screenshot by Mai Laborde.

Netizens, even among friends and followers of Laborde, didn't like the post, commented that they didn't understand it, especially what's being circled in the photo. There are three lights that was lined in the photo that was being circled. Commenters didn't understand the point of the post or what the poster was implying.

Some commenters have assumed that the poster Tin Bugayon thought that the picture, where the President and his daughter sat on his lap, was scripted, that it was taken in a photo studio. That the background, a frame being hung on the wall has three lights being line that looks to be lights from a photo studio, and that they didn't realize that there were indeed three lights above from the chandelier in the dining room, near the picture was taken.

That it was too dumb a post, some commenters said about the Facebook post by Mai Laborde, originally obtained from Tim Bugayon.

Tin Bugayon didn't realize that the photo was real, and the lights that can be seen on the frame was indeed came from the chandelier light in the dining room.

SHOCKING: Trillanes Receive 500 Million Pesos to Attack Duterte

San Miguel Corporation (SMC) has denied issuing a P500-million check to Senator Antonio Trillanes IV. In a statement, the company disputed the veracity of the photo circulating on social media of a Banco de Oro (BDO) check addressed to Trillanes.

The check was supposedly issued by an account in SMC’s name at the bank’s Tandang Sora branch and signed by its Senior Vice President, Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer Ferdinand K. Constantino.

The company, however, said the photo is “nothing more than a fabrication and a blatant disinformation.” “SMC does not have an account in the said bank branch and has never issued such a check to Sen. Trillanes,” it said. As proof, the company attached a certification from BDO stating that the account from which the check was supposedly funded was non-existent.

In the certification, the bank said: “account number 001168795215 does not exist in the Bank’s system and records. Further, the Bank does not have any record of any account being maintained by San Miguel Corporation with the Bank’s Tandang Sora branch.”

The document was signed by BDO First Vice President for Branch Banking Group Peter S. Lo Jr. With no less than BDO denying the existence of the account which funded the check supposedly given to Trillanes, SMC said it is denouncing “in the strongest terms this apparent effort to deceive the public and drag our company’s good name in current political issues.”

Catholic authorities dare Duterte to file a case about sexual abuse

A day after Rodrigo Duterte asserted he and his minor cohorts were sexually abused by a cleric at the Ateneo de Davao University, two positioning prelates of the Catholic Church tested the Davao City leader to uncover everything and record a body of evidence against his abuse.

“I think he should not just let go of this like that,” Archbishop Emeritus Oscar Cruz told GMA News.
“If he’s really a reformer, he should follow through. He should not just say ‘No, let’s not go after them anymore out of pity.’ Come on, let’s not do that.”

“The Church does not condone these actions,” he continued. “Instead of talking and talking, file a case and let us see what it is all about, because otherwise if you cannot prove that then you should have kept your mouth shut.”

For his part, Manila Auxiliary Bishop Broderick Pabillo was more sympathetic towards Duterte; saying: “This happened to him a long time ago, yet he kept it to himself.” Read more.

Duterte urged to file sex raps

AN authority of the Ateneo de Davao University on Thursday asked presidential wannabe Davao Mayor Rodrigo Duterte to record his affirmations of sexual abuse by an anonymous Jesuit cleric while he was an understudy of the school in the 1950s. Ateneo de Davao official Jeremy Eliab communicated sensitivity for the chairman's experience yet kept up that the organization won't endure any occurrence of misuse of minors inside the school grounds.
