DUTERTE sa mga SUNDALO at PULIS: Karapatan nyo wag sagutin ang UN Investigators, Di sa Kanila ang Pilipinas!

President Rodrigo Duterte again ordered all soldiers and police not to answer the questions of human rights investigators.

In a speech at the Andrews Air Base presidential address in Zamboanga City yesterday it stated that they have the right to not answer the questions and that the members of the government forces can not disagree.

The presidential statement was followed by the announcement by International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor Fatou Bensouda last month that he would conduct a preliminary investigation on the actions of presidential crimes against humanity, in connection with the bloody war on drugs.

The MalacaƱang Palace also said that the United Nations welcomed the investigation into alleged human rights violations in relation to the government's anti-drug campaign, as it did not address the UN special rapporteur on extrajudicial killings, Agnes Callamard.

Both Duterte and his spokesman Harry Roque said that Callamard's opinions were biased on drug war.

The president said the soldiers and police point the president if the UN rapporteur asked who ordered the police and soldiers to be silent.

Additionally, the chief executive, he has fully promised his anti-drug campaign will continue.

The president said he only protects Filipinos from drug addicts and pushers, criminals who are killed only because they are engaging in a gun fight with the police authorities.
