NO WAY, Agnes Callamard can not be forgiven, says Malacañang

The Philippines can not forgive the United Nations special rapporteur Agnes Callamard because of its statement that President Rodrigo Duterte's campaign against ILLEGAL DRUGS has resulted in extra judicial killings.

Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque said it was too late to heal the wounds due to Calllamard's criticisms of the administration.

He also said the government was disappointed because Callamard entered the Philippines without being invited by the state.

"We can not forgive Callamard, to go to the Philippines uninvited and make her conclusions as though he were investigating," Roque said.

Counting in May last year when Callamard went to the Philippines to attend the 30th anniversary of the Commission on Human Rights.

Roque said that during those years the Philippines and the United Nations were in the process of negotiating for Callamard's investigation.

According to Roque, the situation was broken because Callamard had made a conclusion that his investigation of Duterte administration's anti-drug war campaign had just begun.

"Maybe it would be a long time before the pain of your wounds resulted in what Callamard did. It's painful for Callamard yet, she came here unannounced and that time when we were in the process of negotiating her investigation, "the official added.
