SEN TITO SOTTO IBINULGAR ANG DAYAAN NONG 2016 ELECTIONS!

MalacaƱang distanced itself from the privilege speech of Sen. Tito Sotto III, who allegedly manipulated or spurned the election results in 2016.

Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque said that the Commission on Elections (Comelec) is concerned because they have jurisdiction and power to pursue Sen's informational releases. Sotto.

According to Sec. Roque, the Comelec is an independent constitutional body that can not be punished by the Executive.

But Roque announced that they hope to investigate this and make clear the serious allegation against election integrity in 2016.

Just wait for President Rodrigo Duterte to form a separate investigative body and order to investigate the release of early release of votes on May 8, 2016, one day before the election.

Honest driver, returns P22,000 left by a passenger

Social media today praised a tricycle driver after returning his passenger money to his passenger in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.

Many are surprised by Dennis Alipio, 35-years-old, after posting the good work on Facebook.

Alipio's story, Wagner Valdez left his wallet on the tricycle on Friday.

The wallet has a SIM card holder and P22,000.

Alipio immediately called the number placed on the sim card holder.

After meeting Valdez, they met where he returned the wallet.

Valdez is thankful that money is available for his family's expenses and passport processing.

With Valdez's delight and gratitude, he posted it on social media to reap thousands of likes and shares.

Alipio admits he needs money, especially when his father suffered a heart stroke.

His wife also wants to apply abroad because she have recently resigned from his job as a merchandiser at a supermarket.

The tricycle was the only source of living in Alipio's family today. These two children are in kindergarten and grade 5.

But it is still not a thought and reason to take and spend the money because getting money from others is wrong.

"Hopefully there will be more rewards for this blessing, if I get it from me and I did not work, the karma is bigger," he said.

Alipio was honored by his associations of tricycle drivers and operators for being honest.

Erwin Tulfo Sumabog sa Galit sa Mayor ng Batangas Dahil Ayaw Bigyan Ng Permit Mga Constituents at Nang Rape Pa!

The mayor, former police chief and barangay chairman of Balayan, Batangas are still facing charges for allegedly raping a 14-year-old woman on separate occasions in 2016. The case is still now in the Department of Justice.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ratifies Balayan Mayor Emmanuel Fronda, Jr. Monday.

Qualified seduction has been charged to Chief Inspector Christopher Guste, former Balayan police chief, and Barangay 12 Chairman Romero Fronda-Erilla, the cousin of the mayor.

Based on the sworn statement of a 14-year-old NBI victim, he allegedly pledged three times on separate occasions.

According to the victim, he met Fronda on June 24 after attending the meeting of their organization "Obyus", organized by the mayor for the youth in their hometown.

There he approached and asked the mayor if he needed money before he was invited to appear.

He sent a text message to Fronda to meet Antorcha Street in Balayan.

From there he was brought to the Alves Lodge where he was raped by the mayor.

After the alleged rape, Fronda allegedly gave P2,000 to the teenager.

HEPE, CHAIRMAN

The victim added that on July 8, he was texting Balayan police chief Guste.

Then he allegedly asked if he needed money in exchange for doing something that he should keep it a secret.

They met at Alves Lodge where they had implemented the plan for P400.

The victim said Barangay Chairman Fronda-Erilla was brought to the same lodge on July 3, July 20 and August 3.

He said Fronda-Erilla gave him money for sexual intercourse.

The victim is currently under the care of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

In a telephone interview with Radyo Patrol to Mayor Fronda, he said he has yet to receive a copy of the complaint so he can not yet give his side.

But the mayor insisted that no rape happened.

He also believes that only politics is behind the case filed by the NBI Organized and Transnational Crime Division in the Department of Justice.

DZMM Radyo Patrol is still trying to get the statement by Fronda-Erilla and Guste but they can not be contacted on their cellphone.

Meanwhile, Erwin Tulfo is very angry to what the Mayor did including not giving business permits to his constituents in Balayan, Batangas.
