8. Juan Ponce Enrile
Known for the architect of the martial law President Marcos declared in 1972, and later one of the influential marcos men who plotted to oust marcos in 1986, Juan Ponce Enrile, a former Senate president, was charged with 15 counts of graft and corruption. However he posted motion to bail months after.
7. Bong Revilla
On June 20 2014, Revilla became the first senator to be arrested and detained for plunder and graft charges related to the massive fraud.
6. Jinggoy Estrada
Estrada was accused trial for plunder and graft over his alleged involvement in the multibillion-peso Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) scam, but was later granted bail under the Duterte administration.
5. Joseph Ejercito Estrada
The trial of Philippine president Joseph Estrada took place between 2001 and 2007 at the Sandiganbayan. Senator Antonio Trillanes IV once again lashed out President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday for dozing while other world pioneers held gatherings amid a summit in Singapore.

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV is recently been connected to drugs when Davao Mayor Inday Sara Duterte, younger sister of Pulong, said that she started to believe the rumors that the senator is hooked into something. Rumors say that the drug is cocaine.
Vice Mayor Pulong Duterte first made a statement that Trillanes is into cocaine when their squabbles started some months ago.
