'Duterte is the true terrorist - Sison

The Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP), founding chairman Jose Maria Sison, is now in a position to list his list of government terrorist regulators.
In a statement issued, Sison asserted that President Rodrigo Duterte was the true and number 1 terrorist in the Philippines, and that his declaration about several high-ranking CPP-NPA officers (New People's Army ), considered as terrorists in the country, have not yet been justified.
"Duterte is the worst character to try discrediting the NPA for supposedly violating its own rule of discipline: Do not take liberties with women. He is well exposed by himself that he is a misogynist. "
The CPP founder likewise pointed out the United States's view on the president's threat to democracy and human rights.
"He is notorious in the whole world for disrespecting women, for wishing to be first among rapists and encouraging his troops to rape women and to shoot in the vagina of suspected women fighters of the NPA."
If recalled, Sison includes 600-individuals recommended by the Department of Justice to be declared a terrorist, along with a petition declaring the CPP and NPA as terrorist groups.
Sison emphasized Duterttatake's tactics as "wild anti-communist witch hunt" and aimed at critics to continue the fascist and dictatorial system of government under martial law.

Galit Lang Talaga si Duterte Sa Akin! - CJ Sereno
Supreme Court (SC) Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno is convinced that it is possible that her impeachment case is due to some grudge Duterte had against her in the past.
Other than that, Sereno said, the possibility also is that many are uncomfortable or happy in her position as Chief Justice so he wants her to be expelled from office.
Sereno will strike down on the Supreme Court's decision to ratify the Executive Department's move to bury his former President Ferdinand Marcos in the Liberation of Heroes.
The chief justice is also voted against the Martial Law extension in Mindanao, which is also against the Duterte administration.
Sereno also wrote a letter to Duterte in 2016, expressing her concern for the seven trial court judges involved in illegal drugs.
President Duterte has earlier denied that he has nothing to do with the move to impeach her.
President Duterte asserted that even ask the complainants and congressmen if they were being called by him.
The President also said that lawmakers will be Sereno's judge and not him because the Executive does not cover Congress.

Two members of the West African Drug Syndicate were arrested on the entrapment operation of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Cavite.
The suspects were identified as Agu Austin Chukwuebuka and Nkwocha Chimaobi, both Nigerian nationals.
According to the PDEA, two of the agency's Special Enforcement Service operations were halted at 2 pm yesterday.
The suspects sold 11 packets of shabu containing 500 grams at a popular fast-food chain in Talaba 4, Bacoor.
But when it was late, it was found that nine of their sales were fake and only two packages of shabu were genuine.
Based on the intelligence of PDEA, two ADS militants from the North have crossed the Calabarzon and Bicol Region to sell shabu.
They said they hid the drug on the cellphone charger adapter so it was not easy to notice.
PDEA caught up to P500,000 street value of drugs acquired.
The suspects will be facing violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Article II, Republic Act 9165, or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Palace to Sereno: Ask SolGen, your fellow magistrate
Malacañang today urged Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno to ask Solicitor General Jose Calida himself who ordered him to file a quo warrant petition against the Chief Justice to the Supreme Court.
The Palace reacted to Sereno's statement that he wanted to know who was behind SolGen's petition after President Rodrigo Duterte had his hand on it.
In a recent interview with the media this morning, Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque said, Sereno asked SolGen Calida better to say who gave him the authorization to question the legality of his appointment as chief justice.
According to Sec. Roque, Sereno can ask the SC's fellow magistrate who wants to get him off the spot.
Roque insisted that the prosecutor was right because his own colleagues in the Supreme Court wanted him to leave for life and ask why these are happening.
"It's so easy that he does not ask SolGen. Why he did not want to ask, "said Sec Roque.
